The Los Angeles based Classical Blade Society meets twice a week in Glendale and welcomes experienced and beginning fencers from any club, school or organization . Come fence with us! |

Group Fencing:
Cross swords with other fencers on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7-9 pm, (call to confirm). Foil, epee and sabre are welcome . We fence dry but feel free to bring your electrical equipment .
Floor fee: $10 per visit . |
Private lessons:
Experience the feel of the blade. Learn foil, epee, saber and other weapons in the classical European style. No experience necessary, equipment provided. Beginners should wear sweats and athletic shoes. Bring a towel, an extra t-shirt and a bottle of water. Cancellations must be made with 24 hors notice.

Instructor:
Andrew Villaverde is Director of Instruction for the Malibu Fencing Club with 14 years experience fencing and credits his passion for fencing to his first teacher, Skip Shurtz . Andrew was recently featured on the History Channel as an historic weapons expert . Andrew is an award winning, nationally recognized fight choreographer with credits across the United States .
